Risk Disclosure
This is the disclosure shown in the app before first use; acceptance is recorded with its version.
TensorSwing publishes informational research commentary. It is not investment advice, and it is not personalized to you, your holdings, or your circumstances.
Nothing in this app is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. TensorSwing is not a broker-dealer, not a registered investment adviser, and does not execute, route, or facilitate any transaction.
All content is produced by statistical models operating without human review of individual calls. The models frequently disagree with each other, and each of them has been wrong. Results shown in this app are historical fact and are not a projection of future results.
Forecasts are published for a five trading day horizon and are scored against the closing price on the final session of that week. A call is recorded as a win where the closing move is in the called direction and as a loss where it is against it; a move that rounds to exactly zero is recorded as a scratch and counted as neither. Grading is on direction alone, before spreads, slippage, or any other cost of trading — a small recorded win could not necessarily have been captured as a tradable profit.
Trading involves risk of loss, including total loss of capital. Short exposure carries theoretically unlimited loss. You are solely responsible for any decision you make.
